Global Climate Leadership Faculty Awards

To advise UC on achieving this goal UC's Global Climate Leadership Council (GCLC) is providing funding through UCOP to support:

Faculty Skills Sharing and Networking Workshops
Bringing sustainability and climate change into the curriculum could be as simple as having a field trip on the UCSC Natural Reserves or doing a one-day lesson on how climate change impacts or interacts with course subjects.
UCSC is hosting a two-part workshop for faculty interested in integrating sustainability or climate change into existing curriculum. The first part of the workshop, held May 20th, 2016, brought together twenty-four faculty from the five academic division to receive support for updating their curriculum. On November 4, 2016 those same faculty will report back on how they have or plan to update their curriculum. There are a limited number of spots for additional faculty who would like to participate in this workshop.
