BIOMEDICAL BUILDING LEED GOLD CERTIFIED

Biomed building

The new Biomedical Building on Science Hill is now officially LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold certified. The building was designed and constructed with a target of achieving silver certification, but it exceeded this goal and is now the third LEED Gold certified building on the UCSC campus.
