Water

UCSC is doing exceptionally well in its water conservation and efficiency efforts.

We have already met the University of California's 2020 goal of a 20% reduction from baseline in per capita potable water use. In the Natural Environment & Infrastructure section of our Campus Sustainability Plan, we have multiple goals and actions aimed to reduce potable and non-potable water demand.
