UCSC Carbon Fund

Applications are now closed for the 2020-2021 grant cycle. The 2021-2022 grant cycle will be open in the Fall.

We will be operating normally, albeit remotely, throughout the 2020-2021 academic year.

The UCSC Carbon Fund is a granting body that funds student and staff projects that reduce our carbon footprint. We provide funding, support, and participation in sustainability projects on campus and in the community that directly reduce greenhouse gas emissions, conduct relevant research, or carry out educational programs.

 Do you...

  • Want to apply for funding for your campus sustainability project?
  • Want to learn about other funding opportunities?
  • Want to learn about the projects that we have previously funded?
  • Need information if you have been awarded a Carbon Fund grant?
